Gameplay Alteration

I'm going to go ahead and mandate, for OOC and Gameplay reasons, that any bills or major issues for consideration be given their own thread in the newly created sub forum for that purpose. This is non negotiable. I've already had a few quiet issues mentioned to me, and I myself am finding it hard keeping up with people arguing three or four bills back and forth in the same thread.

The title of a given thread should be the bill or issue, and the first post should be a link to it / copy of the bill or a summation of the issue.

Can we (Council) have a system of Sessions with set agendas and do thread on per-session instance? So not every bill will have a dedicated thread, but each session with limited agenda will have one, and the first post will have "bookmarks" to each item on the agenda (after the session is finished, of course).

I will allow 'session' posts (similar to the current, bloated one) but I'm putting my foot down on the thread-per-Bill thing.

In the interests of total communication, some reasoning:

I'm fine with back and forth and roleplaying (in fact I encourage it!) but keep it in either the relevant thread, or in a literal 'arguments' thread. Otherwise it provides massive clutter that has to be sifted through to cut to issues and votes, both for existing players and any potential ones.

Well, if my procedural act passes, we'd have fairly small and very rigidly structured and moderated sessions. With vote counts and everything.

Just posting this here for all to see. Thanks to Gollvieg for some ideas to build off of here.

Influence also serves a direct, additional function for Governors. Influence directly affects the 'tolerance' for taxes and tariffs in a given Region. A Governor can then set whatever Tax and Tariff % they want, from 0 to 100, but for amounts over the Tolerance % they will lose Influence at Turn's end, and for those below Tolerance % they will actually gain Influence.

This new 'mechanic' has been added to the stats spreadsheet for easy reference.

Short question regarding the new tabelle:
Maybe I am blind but where is explaned what the "Raw" number means?

I'm sorry, my bad.

Raw is exactly what it sounds like; the raw gross domestic product of a region. It is primarily determined by Industry and Trade, partially determined by Security and Culture, and sort of added to by Morale.
