1 Turn 5 on Tue Feb 21, 2017 8:20 pm

In the absence of any significant crisis's and with most local issues resolved, the long-growing bitterness and resentment towards the Japanese has been allowed to flourish. All across the entire nation, Echaini have started pushing the Japanese out of their lives. In some places this is simple discrimination, and while fights and violence are semi common, it is only in a few areas and cases where Japanese lives are lost.

The massive military arm of Darpon has begun making their rounds of the Nation as well. Drills are fairly commonplace, and they are still enjoying a significant amount of popularity.

The dominion of New Zealand has petitioned for establishing a formal embassy in Echain, and is actively seeking the possibility of aligning with the Echaini.

The Holy See has sent several high positioned cardinals to Echain to tour the Regions, and has formally recognized Echain as an international country, bringing it into the awareness of the larger countries for arguably the first time. The nation has been considered 'blessed' and is currently enjoying favor.

It is now June 1st, 1946.

The good Admiral is, of course, aware that he has people to crew those new Gunboats he probably didn't notice he has.

Oh, Lore, I don't know if Warwager mentioned this, since it was on my list last turn, but I wanted to form a special forces group for the Navy.  You know, like the SEALS.  Only for Echain.

Also, many thanks Gov'na ^w^

OOC: With the Witcher 3 video recorded and rendering as I speak, God willing I'll have time this evening before the Primus session to update to Turn 6. So just a heads up guys.
