Well, I intentionally didn't touch on what to do about the graphics card, given the new releases that AMD will be pushing out over the next month or two. The rest will be more than fine for FO4, yes. I'd be happy to keep working with you on specific part selection as you gather the money.

Well, I should let you know about one other potential wrench in the gears. Intel's new 6000-series CPUs are coming out August-September. The CPUs themselves probably won't be terribly interesting from a performance perspective, but apparently they'll come with standard support for pretty much every new component standard on the block - DDR4 RAM, USB 3.1, a faster solid-state drive spec called NVMe, etc. If you want to wait for that, it will affect pretty much every other component choice (save for the power supply, case, and graphics card - which has its own new releases complicating things).
