Difference between a Trek fan a Treker and a Trekie

Go down  Message [Page 1 of 1]

I've heard Arch mention there's a difference between the three, but I've never seen it.

I'm not a Star Trek guy, but I remember seeing on the documentary "Trekkies" giving a segment based on what both are. I saw it so long ago I forget though.

There's no REAL distinction anymore, but in the older days it showed your age of being a Trek fan. Trekkers were fans from the original series onwards, Trekkies joined the series with TNG.

I'll be honest I never really liked the shows for the most part always felt like they could have been much more(first contact could of been a real borg invasion movie for example). however there is so much about start trek i love like the races and well the universe as a whole is just filled with so much good stuff. so I've no idea what i would be considered Razz
